What is pending?
The property has a contract with an offer to
purchase. You may still view the property. Many
things happen between the pending date and the
closing date. There might be some contingencies,
such as the buyer needs to sell a house first and
there are inspections. There may be a financing
contingency. So if something goes wrong the house
will come back on the market. You may inquire about
putting a back up offer in.
