Carl patiently helped us look at a number of homes until we found one we liked. He has an outstanding knowledge of the local area, and lakefront real estate in particular. He provided us with a huge amount of knowledge about lakes and the issues involved in purchasing a lakefront home. He is  very responsive, patient, and personable.

Ive been through many an agent in my years, but Carl is the best.Simply could not ask for an easier transaction.He walked us through the whole process with expertise and ease.

Our Purchase & Sale did not go very smoothly but that was not because of Carl. There were problems with the sellers. Carl was very helpful making suggestions on what course of action we should take to resolve the problems and usually provided phone numbers and suggested vendors to use (elevation  certificate). He was careful not to recommend particular ones but he usually gave us several options and allowed us to make the choice that was best for us. He even volunteered to represent us when we couldn't be present for the septic inspection. Carl was always very candid and honest and easy to talk to. 

Carl Sack is a great realtor. He regularly emails you newly available listings (based on buyer's requirements) and follows up immediately when asked. He is very helpful and responsive to your questions; always willing to try and provide as much information as needed. We highly recommend Carl  as a realtor who cares about his work and his clients.

Two experiences with Paula Hinckley - 2009 and 2013. Both extremely favorable collaborations. In 2013, I was a recent widow and needed considerable guidance in negotiating the sale of my vacation home. Paula was diligent, accessible and truly supportive throughout the entire process. I would  highly recommend her services to anyone without question.

We had been using Paula's firm's website for years to find the perfect retirement home on the perfect lake. When we contacted the firm to show us a property, Paula was assigned to show it. We immediately liked her. She was someone we could be comfortable with and was not just trying to make a  sale but trying to find us that perfect home. She suggested other lakes that met our criteria that we had not even thought of. She is very knowledgeable about lakes and properties in the region. She always allowed us all the time we needed to look at a property, gave us the space we needed to discuss it and always asked great questions about the property...things I would have never thought to ask. But she wasn't just great in the process of finding the perfect house, she was great in the P&S process and throughout the whole closing process. She walked us through the many steps and always gently reminded us when a deadline was approaching. She is easy to talk to, straight-forward and very responsive. I consider her a friend and wouldn't hesitate to call her again or to recommend her to friends.

We recently purchases a home in the Lake Winnepesaukee area. Paula made the search enjoyable and handled the final purchase in an efficient and professional manner. We highly recommend her.
